Well did you contact Target guest services by phone or in person? I strongly recommend contacting them if you havent. Just calmly and politely say in a stern voice "Hey I noticed this amount of money being taken out of my card that reflects and shows on my bank statement from this store on this day. I didn't authorize nor recognize this purchase". They should try to help you. If not, then it would boil down to this. 2nd, Did you purchase anything in store or gave your debit/credit-card to a friend, family member or relative to purchase something as a gift? If not, then the 3rd and final resolution. I suggest filing a dispute with your card-issuing bank and explain to them that you dont recognize a charge in your account and you didnt authorize it and you contacted the merchant and they were not able to resolve your issue/concern to your satisfaction. When that's set and done, your financial bank should be able to reverse the charge. Period.
