I shipped internationally through this store. That was a big mistake. We lost half of our dishes. As of now it’s been three weeks and we have yet to receive three of our boxes. We paid well over 2000 dollars to ship our things and this is the service we get. They blamed it on PostNL, the post office of the Netherlands but we didn’t pay them 2000 dollars.

I usually have a good experience at this location but today (8/13/21) was the last straw. Either the staff did not know how to calculate the shipping for a large painting or I was being ripped off. Few weeks ago, I shipped a large, 43in x 27in, painting to Ohio for $150, I paid for shipping and UPS to package the artwork. Come today with a new painting (43in x 27in) and packaged by me, I was told that the package’s cheapest shipping cost would be $240 and it would arrive to Florida by next Wednesday. I expected a costly price but not this much! I drove down the street to the FedEx store with the same package and address and the FedEx staff told me it would be $85 to ship and the package would arrive by Sunday. To say the least, I am now a FedEx customer.
