Top class for any city. It has brought a standard to a "smallish" college football town to be beat. All amenities were above standard, room prices are competitive to similar locations nearby. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, dance venues, shops. A great experience.

Seriously one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. We had a conference hosted there and the staff was incredible. They went above and beyond for us in every aspect of the stay. Had an open bar in the evenings and free breakfast that was outstanding (great selection of food, not cheap powdered eggs and such like other hotel breakfasts). The guy that checked us in was delightful and made sure all of us were taken care of. Excellent stay, excellent service, excellent food and amenities. Highly recommended!

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Tuscaloosa is a beautiful hotel located in downtown Tuscaloosa. The hotel is easy to find, situated in a beautiful location and has plenty of parking. Our suite was comfortable and felt more like an apartment then a hotel room. The room is laid out nicely with lots of privacy. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Our kitchenette was stocked with various drinks and snacks. The bathroom was well stocked with bath towels and bath necessities. The room, the hotel and the hotel grounds are spotless. The hotel is located downtown so you are within walking distance of all the local shops, restaurants and the local city park which hosts local bands and food trucks on Friday nights during the summer. The staff here is amazing, everyone for from the second you step into the hotel is friendly and helpful. We were treated like family by every single employee that we encountered.

yes, pets are welcome
Although the Embassy has a great view there is no private balcony.
I'm pretty sure you can, we also used Uber to get from hotel to event
I would assume 18 like most other hotels
