This rental car location saved my entire trip! After Expedia allowed me to reserve a car at another location, that actually did not have any available cars, I started calling places desperately needing a vehicle! This location answered my call immediately, (I didn’t have to go through the budget customer service call center) they listened to my situation & told me to come there and they would take care of me! And they did exactly that! Kimberly went above and beyond for me. She made me feel so welcomed vs. just another paying customer. We had a great conversation while my car was being cleaned. Which means a lot to me these days, because most people would have just sat there on the phone, etc. Furthermore, on my way back to return the car I encountered stopped traffic from a bad accident on highway 70. I called Kimberly and explained that I was going to arrive past their closing time. She worked with me and came up with another solution, that once again saved my entire trip! I will be using this budget site any time that I fly into RDU! I highly recommend them. They will exceed your expectations!

Staff is nice, but very short staffed. No one was there to open at 8am. If your in hurry go to the airport location.

I won't be renting from this establishment any more. Upon entering the vehicle it reeked of cigarette smoke, apparently the manager Mr.Mazi smoked before entering the vehicle to bring it to me. He gave me a rental that had been wiped down inside but the outside had mud trailing up from the tires. I asked him why it wasnt clean and he advised he can "Rinse it off". Because i was in a rush I advised I would just wash it myself. Upon bringing the vehicle back I gassed up and when the final inspection was performed Mr.Mazi advised since the gas meter was a little under(above the notch unfer F)the F it was not full and i would be charged 10.00 for a gallon of unleaded regular gas. I expressed how unfair that was especially after the conditions of me receiving the car and he told me he was rushing so it doesn't matter I would still be charged. My receipt shows a fuel service charge of 33.37 this is very unacceptable.

I’m giving a 1 star review off of the employee Felix alone. He has no customer service skills and will over talk you and will refuse to help. I had a situation where I needed to drop off at a different location for an existing reservation. I called and Felix answered that morning. He refuse to even help with the reservation. I asked for the 800 number to see if they could assist with an Exception. They agreed but when I got to the drop off location they informed me it wasn’t changed. The rep asked me to call Felix and again I was meant with rudeness and dismissive behavior. I’ll never rent from this location again.

I'm not sure about that. I only rented for a couple of days.
You can, but they will put a hold on a significant amount of money. If you have a credit card, I suggest you use it.
