Apartment managers usually hide behind the leasing agents. They make agents lie to potential residents and relay new rules as they go. When I applied, I sent my offer letter from a new job, which they later said needed to be notarized. I asked was that something they normally do? Most communities invite a guarantor or extra deposit if the issue is anything other than eviction. This community did not . Not only that, but I was approved for a back up community. Guess I'll go with that one.

August 2022 I toured the community and apartments both were nice. The problem is they want you to have a Pet screening this has to be done before you are even qualified for the apartment. I wasn't qualified. Therefore I should be refunded that fee and all paper work returned to me.. Now that company has information about my dog. Send an email to them and They did not respond back. Beware.

3 years out here so far and We love it here!!!! It’s nice and quiet… our 2 bedroom and 2 bath is about the size of a small home. If you need anything fixed they come within days. The staff stay on top of changing filters every few months. We receive emails every week regarding changes and updates. While walking my dog I see the staff picking up trash around the complex. ( I would suggest a routine clean and pickup in the halls of the apartments because sometimes people leave small trash and it sits there until another resident picks it up…. It would be nice for our Valet Trash to pick up any loose items in the halls and stairway….. Overall It’s been a very pleasant experience living here :)

I would like to start by saying the staff is very nice and I have no issues with them personally. That being said, the experience so far has been horrible. My apartment constantly smells like weed due to the neighbors below us. If it were just me I'd be able to overlook it, but it's mainly my 7 year old daughters room that is so strong that I have to move her bed out into the living room at least 3 nights a week. This is unacceptable. We have reported it to the office numerous times, they say there's nothing they can do and to call the police. We have tried to send numerous emails to document all the complaints but now when we type the lengthy email and hit send it automatically deletes and will not send. Then you have to start the email again from scratch and hope it goes thru. It's almost as if our emails are being blocked or something. When we signed the lease they said they had a zero tolerance to drug use but do everything possible to avoid dealing with the issue. People smoke weed in the stairwells, at the swimming pool, and around the property. Not to mention the unsupervised teens at the pool smoking weed are also very vulgar which makes it impossible to take my daughter swimming. Then there is the constant noise from base and music all hours of the night. The cops are called almost daily to tell people to cut down the music. Then they just cut it right back on when they leave. I don't mean just a little noise, I mean shaking the walls noise. Which also keeps my daughter up most nights. I have had to buy all kinds of air fresheners, fans/noise making devices, to cancel out the music and weed smell that is constant. Still that doesn't work. I am paying over $1700 a month in rent and these are absolutely unacceptable living conditions for anyone with children. Besides the music and weed, packages are constantly stolen from doorsteps and cars are often broken into. We get messages weekly on the community e-board asking for people to please return their packages which were stolen. Young children are rarely supervised which means they ride their scooters/run in the halls of the buildings which makes it sound like we live next to a bowling alley. The first month we were here we had a safety issue/concern when the cops were called out here twice in one day due to a fight outside of our window where a girl was beaten up by a guy. Secondly, a guy that had just stolen a bookbag out of a car hiding outside of our door in the stairwell. The resource manager told us we could buy out our lease with one month rent due to these issues/concerns instead of two months. But with us just paying to move, moving in cost, moving cost again, deposit and rent at a new place, etc. we couldn't afford all of that. I am trying diligently to get out of here but it is very difficult due to the fact that I would have to pay to get out of my lease. And at over $1700 a month, having to pay 1 to 2 months rent to buy out is not possible when considering the cost of moving and acquiring a new place. If I could be let out of the lease without any additional fees I would be in the wind. If I were single this would be a tolerable environment. However, I feel this isn't suitable for a family.
