I had a bad experience using T- mobile, one of their employees took advantage on me by giving me a contract phone while I was looking for a free phone with their service. He told me that the phone was free and I will only have to pay $60 one time fee and $45 next month. Everything was a lie, the first 3 months I have paid $67 than I went back to the store to find out why I was overcharged, I have met one of their employee who told me that I had a contract phone, the phone was not for free what a big surprise, Shame on this company because I didn’t want a contract phone I ended up paying $189 for the phone and my service went down to $45. I have decided to switch my service before My paiement due date, but guess what !!!!i just received a mail from t- mobile asking me to pay for last month while I was no longer using their service. They said if I don’t wanna pay it they will send it to the the collection. What’s kind of company is that?????? I really regret my decision of being with T- mobile and will never use their service again I’m so disappointed of them

I give this T mobile store a negative 1. I came in to discuss problems with an attempted phone order. I was practically called stupid; asked to “prove” I received emails of a Samsung offer; they ridiculed their own corporate Customer Service people. I would Fire the majority of them, and Yes, I reported this to corporate. Triangle Town Center Mall store are way more professional !

Unbelievable service. No service, and would switch carriers ASAP. It's almost a full time job trying to contact these people and resolve the issues. Tech and CS aren't even in the USA!! Terrible, terrible, terrible!

I called to ask questions the man that answered the phone said " we're closed right now, call back tomorrow ". I know when I looked on the website it said that store closed at 8pm. It was 7:35 when I called. I won't go there, that's for sure.
