Rv world was excellent on the sale side but falls short on the service side. Keeping a camper for 2 weeks during prime camping time isn’t right for a minor warranty repair. Plus it takes a couple weeks just to get in. I think they sell more than they can service. Maybe they should think about subbing out some of there service.
