Yes. They're really good people that do great work.
It can be done. It depends if you want actual glass or a polycarbonate equivalent. The polycarbonate should be much quicker to get, as it can usually be taken care of in-house, usually on the same day. If you want tempered glass with a hole, typically it can take a week or more to get it as it has to be special ordered to size and with the proper size and location of umbrella hole.
