I only go here for late night/early morning needs since Walmart is no longer 24/7. Otherwise - meh. Staff is very rude. And as someone who has worked in a MULTITUDE of customer service positions, I don’t expect ppl to be Mary Poppins at work. But cutting ppl off when asking a simple question or not speaking once a customer approaches the register or says, “hello” is just common decency.

Update: New employees! Employees who don't care about their customers. All gas stations knows about Pall Mall Orange 100s cigarettes are very hard to find and limited because everyone smokes them. This sheetz also knows and does not stock up or order enough! I have to travel further to find a store who does. Once I found the store who does, I also found out sheets have been charging much more! I paid $53.67 at the other gas station, at Sheetz it's $60. They don't ask if you want the receipt either. This is in the evening towards the night time 3-11pm shift's. Unfortunately do not have proof. As my gut feeling there are sneaky employees who are charging more to get the money for themselves Please watch out during the evening shifts! Positive: One person is left since that sheetz has opened, he is the second best employee they have, yet he will be leaving soon! The lady who works in the mornings during the weekdays 5-8 am, is the best person who works there! She is very sweet, and the only person who keeps it clean! Gas is quick and yes 3 cents off! Not a lot of waiting time for gas.

Excellent little gas station and nice hot food after being on the road for hours and with hours ahead of us. Clean bathrooms, and super friendly employees.
