My first visit I over heard the dr say how much a lady hate this place but she keeps coming back. And now I’m that lady . Also agree with pill mill comments because the doctor told me He doesn’t want to use my insurance at Walmart because “they count everything”. So my Prescription is put in at CVS and they don’t take my insurance and I have said over and over I want to use my insurance . And be prepared to wait for very long. Save your mental health and don’t go here .

Dr Farooque is a good Doctor. he listen , he treats you well. he has alot of patients so yes he's very busy man , he knows whats best good for your illness.

The good: -they sometimes do telehealth appointments. The bad: -when they do decide to do a telehealth appointment, we pay the exorbitant fees over CashApp (yea....) then we end up waiting on the video call for HOURS before the doctor joins, and he's only on with you for not even 2 full minutes... unreal. During those ~two hours, we try to reach out to them to ask "why the wait?" The "message is read" icon appears, telling us they've read the message, but they very rarely reply. Then we call the office to ask the same question, and they don't answer the phones. Overall: EXTREMELY UNRESPONSIVE, EVEN AFTER RECEIVING PAYMENT. LEAVE YOU IN LIMBO AFTER PAYMENT BUT BEFORE SEEING THE DOCTOR, SO GOOD LUCK GETTING THAT PRESCRIPTION YOU NEED, EVEN AFTER PAYING. I can't wait to see what, or even IF, these people reply to this review.
