Stopped to get a flat repaired. After waiting over 2 hours I noticed that a gentleman that had came in for a flat repair an hour after I arrived was called up and told he was ready to go. I had heard the salesmen talking about working the waiting list from the top down AND the bottom UP. This along with the sales manager berating one of the employees in front of everyone in the waiting area is why I will NOT use this Discount Tire again.

Have bought many tires from Discount Tire. Have always found good value and service. Until now... I was worried the replacement tires offered would not be as quiet as the tires I had because they were narrower and taller. They showed me the customer ratings that claimed the replacement tires were very quiet and were excellent handling and riding. I'm very disappointed because my new tires make a lot of road noise, ride rough and do not handle as well as my previous tires. Update 9/22: Have gone back several times to complain about these tires. They balance them and say that's all they needed. Not once have they ridden in the car to see what I am complaining about. The tires still make a roar, ride like they are made of concrete and vibrate. I spent $1000 on tires and they ruined my car.

3 years ago, I wrote this, "Always great service." And have a 5 star review. But I have to take that back. The past few times I've come it's been terrible. I get here early for my appointments, and the vehicle doesn't even get taken to the bay until an hour past the appointment time. What's the point of an appointment? Today, I was told it would be done in one hour. But an hour and a half later, I asked about it, since it wasn't even taken back yet. I was at the store over 2 hours past my appointment time today. I get there are labor issues, but they should be more upfront about the time required. I hope they get their act together. I've been loyal to and happy with discount tire for over ten years. But that might have to change.
