A tire is a tire. So I went to DT because of past great service. 15 yr customer, purchased more than 25 tires. So I was very surprised at the lack of service and intentional misleading service. The tires are more expensive than Costco which is just about across the street. I was going to make an appt for the next day but the tech said he could get me done and out in 1.5 hrs.(12:45) at 1:00 my car was still sitting there and several other cars that just come in were serviced. I went in and complained and the tech said they had appts...? They made me an appt so mine is just as valid as the others and my tires were already paid for. They were indifferent and didn't really care. After the tech ran out of excuses he had them pull my car in. They took the tires off the car and then let it sit for 20 mins. Eventually they finished and pulled it out. They have a poor service culture and over priced tires. Check other places out. I need to buy expensive tire for my Jeep and I will go somewhere else. Wish the old DT tire still existed.

Patched my tire for free and even squeezed me in right before closing. Examined my tires and helped my pick a brand that will last longer than my stock tires but remain at an affordable price. I will be returning to replace all four tires with them!

Have always had good experiences here. I have been getting all of my tires and rotations here for 10+ years and the service is always great. It can be busy at times and cause a longer wait but they will get it done right and at competitive prices. Even if you didn’t buy the tires from them they will do free rotations, which is hard to find anymore.

I have had to come in several times over the years for nails, screws, new tires and today, low tire pressure. They are efficient, courteous, and professional. This morning, I never had to go in, they meet customers outside. So so helpful!

You will be approached by an employee when you arrive in the parking lot, if you need to go in you will be escorted
No. Most tire places will attempt to sell you a new tire. I would go to a used tire place for a plug.
