Booked a car far in advance. Get to the airport and NO CAR. Waited over an hour to get a car that was rushed to be cleaned. Customer service was horrible, no apologies nothing. This place is literally the worst.

No drop box like other locations. Vehicle I requested wouldn't start. Had to go with something else. I'll stick with Enterprise.

I have overheard them say its OK to drop keys off in box, but for clarity, I would call the location, they may bend for certain situations only.

Yes. They often do free upgrades as well. However you save around 30% booking online so you should always book online, then call about a specific car.

Probably not sitting on the lot everyday. But I'd you call the manager Tony he may be able to arrange that for you. I have seen a large variety of vehicles there. Ask for Tony, he's excellent to work with
You should be able to check online. You'll have different options and vehicles that will affect the price. Or just call during business hours.
