Terrible service. One person failed to order the tire. Finally got someone to order and was told to show up to have it mounted and the tire was not there. Was told I would get a call when it came in. Never had a call. NTB lost a customer for life!

Good service. They do tires, batteries, alignments, etc. Price is very reasonable. I have saved a lot of money with the road plan on my tires. An alignment is good for 6 months. They will recheck it and realign if needed during that time for no extra charge.
