We stayed here on a road trip to Michigan. When we arrived, there were no luggage carts and it took 4 or 5 trips to carry everything up to the room. With kids, that's not an easy task. There's only room for maybe 2 vehicles to unload and, because it took a long time to make several trips up to the room and back again, it really held things up for everyone. The rooms smell heavily of smoke, even though they are non smoking. If you're sensitive to smoke smell, I wouldn't stay here. The breakfast was great and was the best part of the stay. It had its ups and downs. I think if the beginning of the stay went smoother so we weren't so frazzled and if the rooms didn't reek of cigarettes, I'd give it a higher rating.

It really comes down to the staff. At the front desk, Rebekah is always good about welcoming guests, the breakfast service is fantastic and personable and in the evening I enjoy the fantastic service from Frankie and Stephanie. They are exceptional in their focus on patrons, and excel in their service. I look forward to seeing them when I visit.

Staff was always helpful and friendly and the shuttle was convenient. Rooms are nice, comfortable and roomy. Thermostat did not lower temperature much at night but it was not overwhelmingly hot. Definitely will stay again when I'm in town for work.

Positive: The hotel was so pretty inside and very quiet. The room layout was very nice. It was nice to have a bar in the hotel. We arrived late, and the nearby restaurants were closed, so it was very nice to have the frozen food options. Negative: It would be nice if the parking was directly connected to the hotel so you didn't have to go outside, however, that would not in anyway stop me from staying in the future.

There are different size rooms, and you can also book diffrent size rooms in banquets , they will set up and serve meals or just what you want, you can go big and have a dance floor and DJ , or small with setup and servers. You should call banquets and get prices, room size, they get booked up. So i would definitely call get price and book ahead.
Yes they have shuttle service, if you need to be somewhere at a certain time I'd let them know in advance because they can get pretty busy and may not be available at that time.
Their pool is actually open, but you have to tell them a time frame of when you want to use it so they can keep it "covid friendly"

The pool is closed for remodeling. Don't stay there during the process isnt worth the price .
Most housekeepers at Embassy are very good about turning left items in.
