The worst experience I’ve had with a business ever. I’ve had a storage unit for less than 3 months, when going to check on my things I find that there are rats infesting the storage unit. When trying to speak with someone about it, the young man at the counter plainly said he couldn’t help me and that he would call the manager. He calls the manager, named jasmine, explains the situation and she just hangs up. He then tells me she’s at the back part of the storage unit with the u-boxes and that I should go over there and speak with her. I go over and see that she’s busy with another customer, so I wait for over an hour to speak with her. When I approached her to try to get any kind of help or resolution, her response is, “we put out rat traps, I can’t help you.” And then just turns around and walks away. I’ve called uhaul 3 times today and have been on the phone for over 2 hours and have yet to speak with anyone who can do anything to help me. I just get transferred to another line where I am on hold for over an hour and out of nowhere get hung up on. I strongly encourage you to never give this business any of your money.

If you're planning on getting a storage unit at this location, my only advice is DON'T. It's a large building with elevators and long hallways and they have NO carts or dollies to help move your boxes or furniture into the storage unit from the loading dock. So basically unless you're ok with carrying an entire household by lifting each box or piece of furniture by hand, one-by-one, and walking it down long hallways and then possibly up an elevator and into the storage unit, it's a no-brainer. The staff were courteous, and I realize that some customers decided to leave all the moving carts and dollies in their units, but 3 weeks later they still didn't have any available, so that won't make a difference to you when you have to move your entire home by hand.
