This place is a train wreck they park all over and in the middle of the road, the have a drive thru shopping mall set up in the middle of the road and in the parking lot and then they try to fight you when the cut you off...more of a childrens day care then a "union hall"

I got completely left off the payroll... went up there today nobody knew where my check was... but my first day two weeks ago they knew exactly where to utilize me labor wise within 10 mins of me walking in the building. I ain't trippin but I'm an avid Google reviewer ... something funny bout this place i just cant put my finger on it yet ... update coming soon

If you are a white person looking for work you will not get it here male or female😠 so don't bother wasting your time I have been there many many days there were people that I have not been there as long as I have went to work before me because of this they have problems putting white people to work it's mostly 98% blacks Union Hall don't get me wrong it there some very nice people there that I did learn a lot from but I did get treat very wrong because of the fact that I was white if you don't believe so then you go there and trying it out yourself been there done that

No...but it is best to have so after orientation you will be ready to work..you will need your jax port badge also

Your seniority does not follow you... You can transfer you certifications for the classes you have taken with the ILA ... I would say no, it's not hard to transfer here...

I drive a yard hustler at the company that I work for but I don’t have a CDL, do I need a CDL to drive a yard hustler on the port?

No CDL's needed here ... CDL's mean NOTHING here ... You must go thru training with them to get certified.... (which can take YEARS to get picked for training.. Training goes by seniority) ...

You would actually need to go to their office and see how the process work. It's a process!! Not everyone is willing to put in the time/dedication to get to the top.
