Since everything was moved I couldn't find what I needed one of the employees asked if I needed help and took me to the location of each item. Very grateful.

I used to love this store. I bought a pellet stove from here 6 years ago and have been having it maintained and serviced by the store every year since. This year they did the yearly maintenance in July and everything was fine. Fast forward to November and the first time we try to use it, it won't start. We had them out on Monday November 8 to fix it. They left and and when we tried to use it again on Thursday, November 11 it would not start again and a piece fell off. We called back and were told the earliest they could come out is sometime in December. We are really stressed as this our main source of heat. We called again and asked again if they could come out and we were informed we were on their "Do Not Service" list. I tried to call the owner and left a message asking to understand what happened (we were not rude or even upset just stressed) and I have not received any call back. I am really sad because I used to love this store and now I feel like they don't care about their loyal customers. Very, very disappointing. Horrible customer service.

We charge 50 dollars for receiving the first firearms and 25 for subsequent firearms transferred in at the same time.
