My brother recently pass away after returning from the hospital ,he was in ICU FOR 3 weeks at Albert Einstein medical Center and after a kidneys failure and pneumonia he was taking and very much alive as soon as her got to Worksman Circle he die of breathing complications they was supposed to get a little monitoring until he’s lungs clear out from the infection but they fail to provide good care I hate them

The desk Attendant and nursing staff gave excellent customer service and excellent patient care were observed by myself and my sister who accompanied me.

My father is in there .they are giving him food he can't eat and too small of a portion. They are feeding him dry sandwiches. He has had mold in his room not to mention the poor care they show in this said place. Most of the staff are rude and inciderate to people. He has gotten infections due to lack of proper care in this facility. To be honest your facility needs to be investigated. UPDATE : 2 YEARS later still no improvement. Parent still not being treated right. Parent has lost his leg. Little to no food. Staff members not careing about the patients or family complaints.... Will just push you off on someone else that doesn't care Update has made multiple calls to administrator has never called back after number of messages left. Father has tested positive for covid wondering why when he's in a room alone. His stuff has been uncared for either stuff is missing or just thrown in bags. Put father in a room with other covid patents. Would appreciate a call back from administrator. Have been trying to get father out of there and after filling out numerous papers they still haven't fulfilled my request. Another update My father passed away due to an illness thanks to the lack of concern from most of the staff. My father had stuff stolen from him in this place. From clothes to DVDs to the diamond out of his cross to his tv. Not once has workmans circle called to give condolences never mind compensation for what they've stole from him. I'm pretty sure they didn't even offer a refund for the half of month they have collected for my father to be there. The aids and what not up there very abusive and rude. Please don't let your family stay at this place.
