Starting at the front desk all the staff were friendly and professional. My friend at the facility is well taken care of. I enjoy have lunch with my friend outside in the garden area.

Yes we most certainly can!! We offer a large variety of both private and semi-private guest rooms with majestic views of the waterfront and the NYC skyline. In the event that your preferred room choice is not available at the time that you are ready to return we will make all efforts to accommodate your request and can always move you into your preferred room when it becomes available!

They suggest 10-8, however we never had a hard time when we needed to come during other hours.
Hello, Yes visitors are welcome. We have recommended visiting hours 11am-7pm, but you can visit outside of those hours.
