In my experience with them the car/truck has to go to them

I had 4 new tires install at pep boys in Rock Hill S.C. About three weeks ago, was not happy with the service because it took 5 hrs. to have them put on. I have a 2009 Dodge 2500 . Couple days later I had a center cap missing. Will pep boys make good
