My order from this location was very late in being delivered. That I could live with, but the pizza was under cooled, soggy, and not even cut in slices. It was an absolute mess. I am very upset and disappointed. But, I am not sure they even care.

Came for some late night eats on my birthday, and the manager has ridiculously good performance and character! My food came out very fast and my entire experience has been nothing but positive. When I come back to the Acworth (whenever it will be), I will come back to this Pizza Hut time and time again.

Terrible. Bad. Awful. I called in an order for delivery. After I placed my order, I was told they overcharged my credit card, so they put me on hold. I was put on and off hold 8 times, no I'm not making that up. I couldn't understand what they were trying to tell me about the overcharge and they kept trying to transfer me to the manager (which I never asked for) - who never answered the phone, so I just got circled back to the previous person. The pizza arrived while I was still on the phone...lol Either the training is non existent or they plain don't care. Not sure which is worse?

First let me say that Donna was working entirely by herself and being a magician of getting every job done, she was amazing and was putting up with a busy phone, busy foot traffic for take out and still managed to give us really nice attention and refill our drinks etc.. we were there today to take a little trip down memory lane of the times we would hang out at the local Dine in Pizza Hut and while there was no Salad bar (one of my favorite parts - Obviously not in the Covid world we live in today) BUT the Pizza was still as we remembered, fresh out of those ovens is the only way to eat that pizza. Donna, thank you for your super hard work today! We appreciated you and the delicious food.
