To those who say you cant have an ebike on the trail you are not correct. Ebikes are allowed. Call Orange County Parks and Rec. to inform yourself.

Yes you can take the trail from Middletown to Goshen.
I love it! Have been using this trail for over 5 years with no incidents. Ppl are very friendly. Just remember that it is used by runners, skaters, and cyclists as well. Early mornings and early afternoons are the best.
