All aspects of the staff/facility were 5 stars except for one staff member, who was so bad I have to bring my rating down for this. I want to start off by saying my nurse, ultrasound tech, and dr/assistant were AMAZING 5 stars for them. The intake person, Genesis, however was absolutely horrendous. She was degrading, showed 0 empathy, and was rude from the moment we started until I left her. When the ultrasound tech asked if I wanted to see the baby or know how far along I was, I said no, which the ultrasound tech respected. When I was sent back to the room with Gensis, she has my ultrasound on the screen and asked if I knew how far long I was and I said no I told her I didn't want to know, to which she replied by telling me anyways. When I started to cry she replied with "calm down you're just making it worse for youself." She was short, rude and degrading on a day that was already the hardest day I will ever go through. Again I cannot reiterate how amazing, comforting and hospitable the rest of the staff was, but I am seriously considering taking action against Gensis because of the ultrasound issues.

Nothing like going to a Planned Parenthood, making an appointment and arriving there 10 minutes early, only to be refused service because they’re out of Network. Like they actually refused me service even after I told them I’d spent over an hour waiting and $15 on a cab. Ridiculous, I expected better.

I seriously cannot thank these staff members and doctors enough for how kind, informative, and patient they are. They are definitely super busy but never stop working for the women that walk into this building. Being a young woman who needed services only offered at a clinic like Planned Parenthood, I was super nervous. But these women are intelligent, kind, and genuinely cared for everyone coming into their clinic. I don’t think I’ve ever received such kindness and care at any other hospital I’ve been to. Sending all my good energy and love to the Doctors, front desk lady, and consultants. All blessings for the new year — I hope that this review can be read to the staff members as they work so hard for our right and services. I appreciate you so much and I can’t wait to give a huge donation to this location when I can. I will always advocate for the people here as well as this organization. Thank you very much. Your kindness and service does not go unnoticed. ❤️

When you click it, a PDF will be downloaded to your computer with all of the information you need. Judicial bypass is very quick since this is time-sensitive.

Hi Ashley, It's hard to give an accurate time that you'll be waiting, but we have cut down on wait time significantly, so it shouldn't be three hours. After checking in, you can ask the front desk to call you on your cell when they're ready for you, so that you can wait outside with your boyfriend. Hope this helps!
