Camp Evergreen offers structured time outside with a high counselor to camper ratio to support a variety of camper needs. Impressive response time to all issues or questions brought to the director's attention in my and my kids experiences.

I haven't been to the other branches in the Syracuse area so cannot compare but l like this branch. I just wish that there were more family showers with a changing section for helping kids. Update: after COVID this branch got worse. Swim classes used to be free and now they charge a fee on top of the membership. Class times are not very convenient for people working during the week. The building is old but also very filthy. The on ly reason I still keep our membership is the pool but as soon as I find a better option I will leave. The pool supervisor is rude. The pool closes at 7.30 but she starts chasing people around and even asked us how much longer we're staying before 7.30. Childrens section is mostly closed because not enough life guards. Pools are reserved mostly for swim classes. I wouldnt recommend this branch to anyone.

This was my first visit to this YMCA. I had to stay an extra day to bring my son home from Syracuse University and wanted a gym to work out. This facility was awesome! Clean, bright, and huge. The staff was great. Maura showed me around and got me oriented quickly. This'll definitely be on my list when I return.

You cant do that. It's a full membership only . You can do monthly or yearly and the cost is based on the amount of people on your membership. They also have ways to help pay like sponsorships for people who may be unable to pay full price
The ymca has a website you can find a sign up sheet on there. If not you can go to the front desk and they will help you.
