My husband and a always stay at Hampton Inns when we travel. This Hampton Inn was in a good location with easy access from the interstate. The room was clean and the breakfast was good as always. Rosita was the manager of the breakfast area and she was wonderful. She was constantly busy making sure the breakfast area had what it needed. She was especially attentive to the guests. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The rooms are old and dirty. I rejected the room initially given to us after showing pics of the dirty grimy carpet. The bathroom only had one washcloth and towel. I was given a different room that was a little better not much, but the carpet was a little better. The only good thing was the breakfast and breakfast service.

Refrigerator doesn't get cold. Air conditioner doesn't work well at all. My phone didn't work at all so I was a few hours late to work bc my phone had died. Beds are very uncomfortable! I traded rooms and the second one was even worse! Only good thing is the shower and instant hot water. Would not recommend at all!!! Update to owner- the hotel is in dire need of an update! I'm not going to contact you further through a link you send to me, take out some of your personal time and go check your property out, that would be the professional thing to do sir or ma'am 👍 ty and best of luck!

I love great customer service! A young lady named JEMIA was at the front desk when I arrived I noticed she greeted everyone and was extremely helpful! The sales representative who I booked with made a mistake she was able to assist me and fixed it all! Bless her heart! 🦋

Yes. They have been preparing breakfast for 45 min, and it is served at 6 am promptly.
