Stopped for 1 night on our way to Myrtle Beach. Staff was friendly & the room was spacious & clean. The Breakfast was excellent! No swimming pool, as shown on some of the Sites Photos.

Everything was awesome! Very clean and bed very comfortable! People very friendly and breakfast was great (well stocked , hot and very tasty). We will definitely stay again!

Close to the end of my stay my car got broken into. When the the general manager Kelvin was asked about the camera. He stated that “ The cameras only do live. I can not go back and rewind ,”. Kelvin also told me that he is not a detective. When I explained my frustration about my car being broken into with things stolen and the amount I paid in total for 6 nights. Kelvin said “ money is money,” I can’t do anything. I wasn’t asking for my money back . I wanted to find out who did this to my car while I’m here for work. The employees said that Kelvin doesn’t like to deal with “ these “ type of issues. Kelvin even told me that if I was there to start trouble he would ask me to leave; after my car was broken into. What takes the cake is the lady from the night shift ( Cheyenne ) is suspected to have done it. She is the one who called me and told me about my car. Me not knowing at the time she is possibly the one who did it. This could have been worse. All of my personal information was at her fingertips behind the desk. For your safety ; the safety of your family. I do not recommend this hotel. We can’t control what people do. We can only hope some type of resolve takes place. For the General Manger to be so lazy and unprofessional like it doesn’t matter is a red flag. Kelvin lived 20 minutes away in Oxford and didn’t make an attempt to see about the issue.

Stayed at this hotel last night 3/11/22. Reserved 3 rooms, when we arrived one of the rooms was occupied by guests that should have checked out at 11 that day. The room was smoked in and trashed. The police had to be called to have the occupants removed. The front staff was amazing and cleaned the room and we finally checked in at 1am. I’m leaving the poor review because of how the manager Kelvin treated us the next morning. We asked to get a couple of the rooms comped for the huge inconvenience and he stated we were trying to take advantage of him and stay in the rooms for free. He was very unprofessional and combative and should not be a manger of anything that pertains to customer service.
