My experience was not pleasing at all. I made an appointment to get a DOT physical and as soon as i arrived I got a phone call saying that they couldnt do it bc they didnt have the supply. I get back in the car and they called right back saying now they had the supply. So then i go in and she tells me its $100 instead of the $89 on the website. She asked for my ID and I gave it to her. She then says she needed my drivers license instead of an Id when the ID and drivers license have the same number. I wasnt getting a DOT test for a CDL license. It was for USCG. Never again and I wont reccomend anyone to go. I guess thats what I get for going to a clinic inside of a grocery store.

I was scheduled to receive a COVID vaccination on 9/17/21 at 8:30a. The young lady at the reception desk looked like she had just rolled out of bed. She wore her mask down and had a white thick substance in the corners of her mouth. She was on FaceTime with someone while assisting me, never hung up the phone. She then acts all confused as if she can’t locate my appointment and told me to check with the pharmacy. I let her know the pharmacy doesn’t start COVID appointments until 10 so there’s no way, look again. Boom! She finds me. Then boom! I leave!!! The girl was so filthy i didn’t even want her to touch me. I followed up with a new appointment set at the pharmacy where the people looked clean and professional.
