Pamela our waitress did an outstanding job. The restaurant was short staffed and food was slow coming out. Pamela not only kept check on us keeping our drinks refilled and updating us on where we were in line getting food. Once our food arrived Noone was disappointed in their choice. My sister had the Big Steak Omelet was cooked perfectly steak was very tender. Even our picky nine year old bragged on his Mac n Cheese and fries. Recommend this restaurant but make sure you don't have tight timeline.

Despite a shortage of staff, like so many places, this was a very good experience. We had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated but the short staffed crew exceeded expectations and did a wonderful job. Food was hot and very tasty and the waitress, although run ragged, did a superb job. Kudos to the staff!

Disgusting. Served me cold, old food. Broccoli had moldy spots on it and tilapia was cold, very greasy and smelled VERY fishy, which means it’s also old. Lemon was slimy and rotten. Don’t trust it to not give me food poisoning. This was a to-go order I got on my lunch break. The only thing edible was the mashed potatoes, called to get a refund and was told there was no way they could do that unless I returned the food. I can’t leave work again and drive it back! I leave this job and go straight to my next one, I have no time to take it back. Very disappointed and will not be back! Don’t trust them. Ewwww

We couldn't make it to Cracker Barrel as the wait was over 40 minutes but we were very glad that we stopped here at IHOP the wait was about 10 minutes for a Saturday morning and our waiter provided us with excellent service. Actually everybody was very friendly there. They all help bring out the orders as well. They now have gluten free waffles/pancakes which is nice for those with gluten sensitivity. They were light and fluffy like cake. Breakfast sampler arrived within five minutes so everything was hot. Orange juice was fresh. Busboys thoroughly wiped everything down including the salt and pepper shakers. Enjoyed my last breakfast in Asheville.
