Writing this in hopes that a manager will see. Not trying to be a "Karen" but we ordered a to go order last night and when my husband got it home (which is a good 20min away) it was completely wrong. To the point that our kids had nothing to eat. And we had paid like $64, then i still ended up cooking for them. Now I know he could have checked the boxes before he left, but I've never been somewhere where the entire order is wrong. The frustrating part is that i was willing to go back and get the right order but I literally couldn't get anyone on the phone. Nobody. I listened to the dang recording at least 8 times then it says "there is nobody to take your call. Goodbye." Tried numerous times again today just out of curiosity and the same thing. Just a horrible way to run a business.

The wings were amazing, the service was fantastic, the atmosphere is awesome and the place was clean! I'm a "sauce girl" and I didn't have to beg for extra sauces...so, I was beyond happy with this experience. We will be back!

Food served cold cause the waitress took her dang time. Asked for mayo. Waited like 15 minutes and it Didn’t come. Had to get up and do to the bar myself to get it. Couldn’t even finish my food cause it was cold and dry. Restaurant was half empty. Yet service was super slow. Had to get up and get napkins for people at my table cause the waitress was nowhere to be found. She would just disappear. Every time we would see her we would ask for something and she’d only bring out half of the things we asked for. We even had to chase her down for refills… She forgot two orders of wings for two people at our table. Then she brought them in a to go box cause everyone else was almost done eating. Let me mention that they didn’t ask for their food in a to go box.. If you’re gonna be a waitress then do a good job. We still tipped 20% but in times like this the tip should be 0. Couldn’t wait to get out of this place.

My husband and I got burgers. He got All American Burger and I got the Avocado Bacon Burger..We both agree that they were very good but definitely greasy. Our kids got boneless wings and fries and loved theirs!
