Pretty good food. We had salads, guacamole with chips and salsa, and chicken fajitas. Fajitas would have been much better if the chicken, onions, and peppers were seared more. Kiosk was a struggle to get the bill correct but the server and manager hung in there and got it right. A nice clean facility and excellent service.

Ordered curbside. When I arrive, I checked in. Waited over 20 minutes. Decided to go in. The host said my order has been sitting on the counter for a while. I told here the sign says sit back we’ll come to you. She said they don’t do curbside. Food was soggy and gross. Will never go here again

I stopped in at about 10:45 PM and they closed at midnight. The place was relatively empty. I have the half rack of baby back ribs French fries coleslaw. The fries were not right out of the fryer, the ribs were delicious. I was hungry and everything tastes a little bit better when you're hungry. Service was quick and my server attentive.

I have really tried to be understanding as far as wait times in restaurants, but what a nightmare. Chili's on Airport Road. Main DR had 2 waiters and 1 runner. I ordered an Old timer with cheese, chili, mustard and pickles with fries. My wife ordered a burger as well. Drinks and appetizers were out quickly and about 10 minutes later our burgers. My wife's was correct, but not one thing was correct with mine except the patty and bun. When I finally caught the waiters eye to tell him, he said they were out of chili. REALLY? So let's just throw any burger on the table. It will be ok. After watching my wife eat her dinner, my burger came 15 minutes later! The absolute worse dining experience ever! Will never step foot back in that place...PERIOD!
