I haven't been seen yet. I have an upcoming appointment. However, whoever Is replying to the comments seems a bit rude and overly cocky. I'm almost inclined to believe EVERY unsatisfactory comment just merely based on "their responses". Also, having or not having "the best staff in Atlanta" Is an opinion... NOT A FACT... I went to them, based on a doctor office referral. They claim to be a pain management clinic but told me there was nothing they could do. After they collected their payment. The "doctor" barely spoke to me. He was more concerned about my insurance which is Cigna. Good insurance. I think they only want disability claimants.

I am truly sorry you felt that way. We are constantly trying to figure out ways to improve as a company.

Why after you leave the office you be kind nine relevant have tried for several hours in getting authorization for medication I was told it can take up to seven days?

Unfortunately that is an insurance issue, not an office or practice issue. An insurance company can take up to 7 days to authorize a prescription.

Why are you keeping my back in spasm when good, safe drugs are available? I keep going through the expensive RFA treatments and am in lots of pain for a few weeks afterwards. Dr. Patterson doesn't strike me as a sadist. - Juliet B. Thomas

Procedures are offered as a way to relieve pain without narcotics. Sometimes patients (not you) request medications that they feel work but are considered dangerous and are no longer prescribed by most physicians. I never push procedures on patients and never repeat procedures if a patient says they are not effective. Please share with your doctor if a procedure is not helping. There is NO reason to keep doing it! There are always alternatives!
