Tried the "Big Hardee" for the first time and it was just gross. They put so much cheese on, it was dripping down the sides and thru the wrapper and it almost made me sick. It is sad what has become of this chain.

Always interesting to me when it takes more effort to mess up an order. Stopped in for breakfast, ordered a #1. That's it. Got down the road and my 8-10 hash rounds were bland but hot, but the #1... Ordered a chicken biscuit. Literally cut the biscuit in half, throw a chicken on it, wrap it up, send it out the door. How did cheese get added in the process. So I had no breakfast.

I ordered a 3 peice chicken fillet combo. As my order was being prepared, an employee, a young lady was expressing her disgust with her mom, because she was waiting on a ride. After getting my order, sitting in a booth, I observed the same man that took my order, outside smoking; then came in, stood in front of where the food is placed to be sacked; scratched his head, then handled food; all without EVER washing his hands!! Then, when I had to go to the counter for my tea refill; because lobby canisters were empty; the same young lady had a cash drawer, laying on the counter, $20's, $5's, $10's, $1's, rolls of coins; all laying on counter, counting the drawer. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS HARDEE'S AGAIN!! I LIVE RURAL BLACKSBURG!! ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!
