Arrived to empty parking lot with 2 suv's with trailers and a truck. Person came running out to say he did not have any room we wanted. Online showed numerous rooms available. #choicehotels, not what I'd expect from your brand.

Microwave was broken...bathroom a little tight fit...not much on the breakfast...but beds were very comfortable.

Room was clean and owner/manager was nice. The breakfast was very disappointing. I don't consider cereal, waffle station and yogurt a hot breakfast. At 100 a night, please provide some eggs, bacon and bread at least.

Excellent. It was convenient to everything, especially Asheville and the Biltmore. The rooms were extremely clean, appeared to have been renovated and new carpet, paint and furniture. We enjoyed the trip and was glad that we didn't stay in Asheville where the traffic was heavy and the area congested. The help was pleasant and very accommodating. We were there at Peak time and the rates were very reasonably priced.
