While we offer all the services you would normally expect from a pediatric dental office, here are a few examples. Infant Oral Health care, Conscious Sedation, Invisalign First & we were the first pediatric dental office in the Charlotte metro area to offer esthetic crowns for the posterior (#DL).
I'm sorry we do not file Medicaid at this time. However, we do accept file and accept assignment of benefits for private insurances and are in-network with a number of carriers including Delta, Cigna, Ameritas, United HealthCare, and Aetna.
Yes, we offer Invisalign First (also known as phase 1 treatment) for our younger patients (generally ages 6-10) which often allows us to avoid the usage of uncomfortable expansion appliances and some extractions, Invisalign GO if someone wants some minor corrections and shorter treatment times, and full Invisalign for our teenage patients. Parents of existing patients are also eligible for Invisalign treatment at a discount as well.
We are in network with the following insurances - Careington, Cigna, Assurant, DHA, Aetna, Delta, Cigna DHMO, Guardian, United Healthcare, Ameritas, & Principal. While we are not in network with others like Met life or BCBS, we do file them on your behalf. Most patients would be surprised how much of their bill is paid out of network.
