I love sonic but I think it’s about time I put in my complaints. My first complaint is that I am always missing something from my order. From sauces, to straws, and sometimes even food. My second complaint is about the food. The food is always so sloppy and some of it isn’t even worth eating. I’ve added two pictures of the $1.50 burrito from the featured food section and both were horribly made. Neither of them had anything inside of them and I have worked at a sonic before and this is pathetic. My third complaint ties in with the other two. Any time I go to sonic it is not busy. There may be 2-3 cars in the carhops lane and maybe 2-3 in drive thru so I know there’s no rush. I do not know who cooks the food but they need to be reminded of the MINIMAL standards.

Milkshakes. They were good. Slow. Worth a few minute wait to get something noone else has or offers. The Tator tots with cheese are Only 2 bucks and there worth 4.

They haven't had large cups for milkshakes for days. The girl at the drive thru window wouldn't add on a simple soda because they were busy and short staffed but she had time to play on her phone while we waiting on our milkshakes. In the time she was playing on her phone she could have filled a cup of coke up. And she was extremely rude. Not the best experience that I've had here..
