We called with a starter issue on short-notice before a major storm and they came out the same day! We called around and did some research and this is your best option in town. Reasonable prices and a great customer service team. The technicians that come out are very knowledgable and friendly and so is the office team for billing or any other questions. 5+ stars!

My GF's parents had a Generac system installed in their home here in Jax. They did this to have power when a storm hit. Unfortunately it does not work. They've been waiting on parts since August and they are in their 80s. A hurricane is coming and their 20K generator does not work!

We recently got our new whole home generator installed by Generator Supercenter of Jacksonville. We have enjoyed a whole home generator in our past three homes. Making the decision to use Generator Supercenter of Jacksonville through Costco was the best cost investment we have ever made. Their customer service is impeccable. From the sale to the installation was so turnkey and easy we couldn’t be more happier. The greatest point I want to address about the whole process was our two generator Electrical Technicians Eddie and George. These two gentleman and I mean gentleman, were the most proficient installers we have ever had in our life. The installation was so professional looking and they were so patient to explain everything how this generator worked. They didn’t want to leave until we we were 100% completely satisfied how it operated. We loved their professionalism and the level of Customer Service they provided. We love Eddie and George so much, we feel like they are a part of our family. Generator Superstore of Jacksonville, I hope you realize what assets these two gentleman are to your organization?? I am leaving this review because I feel so compelled to because of these two Electricians. I highly recommend to use Generator Supercenter if your looking for a whole home generator. Oh, and don’t forget to ask for Eddie and George to be your installers. You will not be disappointed.
