Great place to buy a car. No pressure from anyone on the team to purchase something, they gave me time to think it through and get back to them. No hassle with price and they provided the carfax report to show me the cars history. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the J-Ville area. My wife and I were in the market for a new car, she knew exactly what she wanted and they happened to have it on the lot. We called and right away the sales man Matt was courteous. He verified they had the car available set up an appointment and had the car waiting up front for us. After testdriving we decided to move forward with purchasing and these guys had everything together it was such a smoothe experience everyone was courteous and accommodating no hidden fees or bs in negotiation they even bought our old car for more than we expected to get on trade. I'll definitely be back in the future thanks guys.

UPDATE: 3 WEEKS LATER- The "after the purchase experience" definitely hit a snag and it felt like the promises made by the team during the sale made little to no difference, and their tone became completely different. When I was initially sent me a text ASKING for me to provide a Google review, I was happy to give a great one, however it was before the transfer of tag was complete and that's where things went south. Once I advised them I would update my review, in all fairness, I immediately received another call in addition to one from the owner (he was sent to VM). Because at that point, it seemed like my concerns had became more damage control, and who has that kind of time? What's done was done. PS - I sat on this update for a few days so it would be based on circumstances and not emotion. I still have NO complaints about the car or the initial buying experience but I do encourage people to wait a bit before posting a review if you're waiting on anything after the sale. __________________________________________________________ Buying a car at Accurate Automotive was the best car buying experience I have had. Having Matt as my salesman was even better. If you want an experienced, "car guy" he's the best. He listens to your needs, never talks over you, he's funny, and patient. But in all honesty, it wasn't just Matt. This place works as a TEAM. Matt went out of town for a couple of days. While he was gone, everyone stepped up and made the deal seamless. When Matt came back, the papers were signed, but the help kept coming! He went out of his way to help me find the aftermarket items I was looking for. He followed up. He made sure the car was everything I was looking for (it was). I'm so happy with the car now that I've had it for a couple of weeks. Usually you find that one thing wrong. Not here. Everything is just as it should be. I strongly recommend this place. No pressure. Fair. Clean. Honest. Great team. Just go. You won't be sorry. I'll go there again before anywhere else.

The best experience ever to buy a car. Everyone was professional, very kind, and went out of there to help me. And brought the car to me the same day. I will recommend Accurate Automotive to everyone. You can’t find better people to work with, and the delivery man was a knoch about excellent, he is welcome to eat at my table anytime.
