Great family hotel with 1 major issue in personal opinion. Overall, this is a great hotel. The grounds and landscaping are kept nice. The breakfast has options for all and was very good. The breakfast area coffee - not great. The pool was clean, not packed, and well stocked. Very clean overall. Very attentive and helpful staff. However, one major issue in our room was the bathroom door. We had a 2 bed and pull-out couch room. The bathroom door was a sliding door with no lock and major gaps on the sides. If you are traveling with kids, like us, this may be highly uncomfortable. I had to resort to getting dressed inside the shower/tub because my 2 year old would pull open the door and all of the kids would see me undressed in the doorway. This wasn't great for anyone going to the bathroom or needing privacy in general, because you could see into the gaps from both sides of the room.

It was very easy to get to, but the rooms weren't the cleanest. We had multiple rooms for a conference, one had hair in their bed, one was missing their full length mirror, and mine had mold in the caulk in the shower. Breakfast was good and the staff was great. Just should've been better maintained. The conference room also had a smaller TV than my living room. (honestly, less than 45 inches) it's a big room- there was no way the people in the back were reading ANYTHING on it.

Positive: Hotel was clean and we had no issues. Coffee, hot chocolate and tea was out all day, breakfast started at 6 although we were there for ice fishing so we did not get to enjoy it. Negative: Needed a luggage cart as we had very valuable ice fishing electronic equipment as well as our luggage we needed to bring up and they couldn¿t find the carts.

Room is exactly as pictured on the website. King bed pull out couch, nice spacious room. Large bathroom with plenty of counter space, desk, fridge, microwave, single serve coffee maker. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I didn't interact much with staff other than check in and out but they were polite. Breakfast lookgood but I didn't eat, and the coffee is good. If I had one improvement suggestion it would be to put a better shower head on. Water was good and hot and the pressure was decent so I still give it the 5 stars.
