Hired Clean Freak for a fireplace/chimney cleaning and chimney cap installation in October of ‘21. I was told it would take 2 weeks to get a cap in for installation. It is now 7 months later (May of ‘22) and the job is still incomplete with no communication from Clean Freak unless initiated by myself. I was told last week by Ryan via text the same reasoning for the job being incomplete as I was initially told in October as if it was new information that they just figured out. I requested to speak with someone over the phone. It’s now been a week since then and they are entirely unresponsive as my calls, texts and emails have all gone unreturned. Incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this company. Hire anyone else.

Cleanfreak is definitely a company I will use again. Great customer service and very knowledgeable about my gas fireplace. Thanks for the quick response and booking. On time and professional and even gave me a text reminder of my appointment and when they were on their way to my house. Excellent, excellent, excellent.

What is the best way to get out red kool-aid stains?

Poor salt on it and it will absorb the red. Or you can take an iron with a wet cloth and iron it. It's called a heat transfer or I have a red dye remover if that doesn't work. I hope this helps.
