I just got turned away. 2 employees saying dinning room closed its not even 8pm. There were people still inside eating . Worst dairy queen I have been to and even funnier your website says your open. Wow . Wont go back there.

Awesome restaurant, great food, amazing management and team. But, man that Alex employee... 😅 Sheesh.. he makes me feel uncomfortable, he should work elsewhere with his customer service skills. All I'll say is 5/5 but yikes 😬 Haha joking joking 😃 But what if I wasn't?? :/

Ordered a double cheeseburger combo in the drive thru. Honestly one of the best burgers I've had in a while. Really friendly drive thru customer service.

Waited over 30 minutes for my food. That is not fast food. The lobby doors were locked but other customers told me they were still taking orders at the door. I should have left then, but I didn’t. I waited 10 minutes to place my order, then over 20 for them to bring it to me. Then they forgot two items from my order (which I discovered after I left) and the ketchup I had requested. The food was still warm (but not hot) when I got it, otherwise it’d be a single star.
