Typical Quality Inn. Rooms are average. The evening manager was an abshte a$$. When we checked in for our reserved King we were given a room key but the room wasn't ready yet. We went to the adjacent track, which was why we chose that hotel, telling the clerk "No problem, we're going to the track, won't be back for 6-8 hours, take your time". She assured us our room would be ready, off we went. We returned at 1130pm,went to our room, found it to have 2 queens instead of a king. Went back to the desk. Evening manager said basically "Take it or leave it, all I've got, we gave you the rate you asked for, two queens are more expensive, I can rent it to somebody else if you don't want it." it was nearly midnight and we were hot tired and needing showers. We took the room. Nect morning we went for the included "hot" breakfast. Hot means a toasted plain bagel or toasted white bread. No cream cheese. Waffle maker didn't work. No fruit. No yogurt. Two kinds of kids "sugar" cereal. Warm milk. Bitter, watered down coffee. No juice. Blank look from the day clerk when I said "Guess I'll find a place to get breakfast since there's virtually nothing to eat here." when I responded "Terrible" to the obligatory, obviously disinterested "How was your stay?" she was clearly at a loss. But the upside is that after an hour long phone call to Quality Inn corporate they gave me a points credit and the owner/manager emailed an apology. I'll use the points somewhere else.

Great for what we needed. A nights stay was fine. We didn't even have time to really experience everything. There was a burn on the sheet but you hardly noticed it because it was clean nonetheless. I am very picky so for me to feel comfortable enough to sleep says a lot. The toilet was extremely low especially for our son whom is 6'5 and I am 5'4 and we had a running joke about it. There was no air vent blower in the bathroom so I am thankful I always travel with febreeze (a must when traveling and just as important as lysol). Breakfast didn't consist of much. No protein so we just went to IHOP.

I'm an out- of -town worker and I have been staying here on and off for the past 2 years. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's very quiet so I am rested in the mornings. Bobbie and the staff are very friendly, accommodating and willing to go the extra to make my stay as pleasant s possible. Nothing but high marks from me.

We are traveling from Maine and stopped here for the night. We have our two cats with us so we had to stay on the bottom floor, ok fine. The room was gross, smelled of just bleach.. and we couldn't even sit in the chairs because it smelled so strong of cat pee... very loud banging all night. My 3 kids were far way quieter than this hotel. Puts a bad name to other Quality Inns. At least the front desk ladies were very kind.
