Had a wonderful visit. My dental team is very fast and attentive in taking care of any issues that I may have with my care plan and billing. They resolve problems and make you feel welcomed back. The office in West Springfield is clean and well organized. The building is kept in a good condition so you don't feel like your walking into an old building that has seen better days.

A top notch experience at Baystate Dental of West Springfield! Melissa at the front desk is incredibly helpful and super pleasant. Always going above and beyond to try and accommodate scheduling. Overall the customer service is flawless! I would highly recommend Dr. Chen to anyone in need of dental related work. She is outstanding in her practice; highly skilled and absolutely dynamite with her technique. Marilee is one of the best hygienist I've had the pleasure of working with. Extremely efficient in her work and knowledgeable on all things dental related. She is diligent and effective in her work and was able to recommend a great deal of insight on how to properly go about dental home care. For this; I am very grateful.
