I’ve always like browsing this store .. but .. I don’t appreciate being treated as a common criminal.. I went in with my daughter to look around, a young gal approached us telling us we cannot have our purses in the store .. so We complied and put our purses in the car .. went back in to browse .: and noticed other women shopping with their purses on their shoulder .. (not a word was mentioned to them).. The same gal that told us no purses ..: followed us around the store , telling me I’m not allowed to get in the cases without their assistance .. (these cases are Never ever locked .. and it’s always been alright if customers look at merchandise on their own.. in these cases). The gal took a purse we were looking at , and allowed us to look while she stood there with her hand on the item.. like we were going to grab it and run out .. First of all… NOTHING in this Thrift shop Is worth STEALING .. 2nd,,. I’m not a fricken THIEF! I work for my money.. I have the means to BUY the things I like.:: It’s very very clear to me.. This place picks and chooses whom they will target as a crook.. I’ll never ever step foot in Playtos Closet again:, not in Scottsdale Az.. not anywhere .:. If u don’t have a problem being treated as a criminal, by all means.. this place will be happy to treat u as such.. This place doesn’t deserve ANY stars .. but of course Google will Force u to give a star where one isn’t deserved ..

Ridiculous place. They treat you like you're stealing second hand clothing and hold your purse in front. Honestly ruined the whole shopping experience. Not a vibe.

This place is racist or lets say they pick and choose who they want to tell someone. I was sudden interrupted while talking to my children and was told my purse backpack was not allowed. Not a size as school back pack but anyway I was told I can't have it. After we put it away in the car I realized I was the only different nationality and seen 2 other girls one has same size as mine but flat due to the material. And the other was a Little inch smaller. I confronted the lady and told her if shes going to tell me at least tell the others too and stated some lame excuse and she will go around and let them know.. As I was walking trying to help my daughter browse around .. nothing was being said. How I was being approached was so off guard with the tone. I just didn't appreciate that type of matter. So disappointing to be treated that way.
