Monday night my laptop’s hard drive died 2 weeks before I have a major project due for a class. Luckily I backed everything up the night before it crashed. Mike was able to put in a new hard drive and get everything back to normal within a few hours after I dropped it off with him. Super friendly and understanding of the situation.
