Customer Service was sub-par. The sales associates were not knowledgeable but were kind. The store is overall dirty, unkempt, and had an odd odor. Check out took longer than expected. I waited over a half an hour for two costumers infront of me in line. I was considering leaving at this time while I look at other associates who stood around. I was hoping someone would further assist. Overall experience was okay. I went back for a return and the sales associate could not return an item because the previous sales associate scanned another item twice. The sales associate could not trouble shoot or problem solve effectively. I had to walk or talk them through it due to my previous costumer service experience in retail. I had to basically do their job for them to troubleshoot effectively. That was more than 10 minutes of my life I couldn't get back due to the lack of costumer service skills. This experience reminded me of why I have not patron Victoria's Secret in several years. The sales and sexy looking bras are not quite the incentive to bring me back.
