It's a nice hotel, however very expensive and they charge extra for senior citizens. No free breakfast. The day shift woman wasn't all that friendly. The late night shift lady was very friendly and helpful. Has indoor pool, which was okay. "The Market" store is also outrageously expensive.

This is my second stay in as many months, a fortnight each time. From Management, to the facilities team, to front desk and housekeeping – I cannot fault my stay on either occasion! During my second stay, renovations throughout the entire hotel were being completed, and waking up each morning to see the hotel looking better and better was great to see! Genuinely enjoyed my stay here, and I look forward to staying again! Thank you!

Did not enjoy our stay here, feels way overpriced. Check in was fine, that was our only interaction with the staff. Construction was going on in the lobby and main hallway which was inconvenient. There is one slow elevator serving 4 floors so if you are going down from 2 maybe take the stairs or you might be in for a long ride. Non-smoking room smelled like it hadn't been that way for long. Bathtub wouldn't drain as quickly as shower would fill it, yuck. Beds were fine I guess. Chose this hotel so my kid could play in the pool but it was too small and too cold to be worth his while. Think of a large hot tub, but very cold. Maybe in the winter they turn it into a hot tub? I didn't complain about any of this to the staff, should I have to? If this was a budget motel I'd consider it an average stay, for what it cost I was pretty disappointed.
