Terrible. I went there twice, both times with an appointment in advance, to get my tires rotated and balanced. The first time they said I'd need to leave my car there for the rest of the day because they had no idea how long it would take. The second time, after I had been there for over an hour, they said it would be at least another 90 minutes before they'd be able to get to it. What's the purpose of making an appointment?

I went in to have my tire sensors checked on all 4 wheels and Devin and Carlos came right out to perform service. There was no waiting. They were very pleasant and let me know I didn't need to replace any of the sensors.
