The cashier that took my took money had zero customer services skills, was rude. The person that gave my food was a tad better but gave me an over sweet tea, asked for unsweet-was even the receipt, fries had way too much salt. The times before at this lation have been very good.

My order has been wrong several times lately. The staff seemed upset as if it were my fault. One particular crew is a huge "whew!" I'm a frequent visitor on my mornings off and most times they don't mind correcting the problem but sometimes I'm asked to pull up for a simple cup of coffee. I've seen numerous posts on social media about this particular one including nasty attitudes. Perhaps retraining on customer service could help rectify and maintain loyal customers.
