I come to Ayden post office, only to see Latifah aka (Queen) and to hear her speak. She is amazing at what she do. Never gives anyone attitude even when customers gives her problems that’s out of her control. She smiles and make sure she says hello as soon as you enter. She quick and respectful. If you have a problem she either help you or take notes to give to the postmaster. Queen IS THE BEST POSTAL CLERK here in AYDEN, And I hope she see this one day.

Horrible service got a text saying package was delivered not at house called post office looked it up through tracking # said it was delivered somewhere else and would get carrier to bring it back still not here horrible service

No haven't seen any headphones

I ordered rose spikes from walmart & according to the tracking the delivery was confirmed on April 13 at our address 3967 winchester drive however they are not here. Do you have them at the facility? I will come and get them if so. Thanks!

Your husband stopped by and I gave him a number to call at the Ayden post office. He will be able to speak to a manager who can access a website that will allow the manager to GPS where the package was delivered. Manager will be in after 1pm and can be reached by phone then.

What to do when your package arrives with an obvious access breech to the outer package as if Someone tried to put their hand into the shipment box to take out the contents and can't reach your local AYDEN Post Office because the phone number is not

Take pictures of the package. Focus pictures on damaged area. Then open package from the undamaged side. Confirm contents are all there or not. If all contents are there damage to box could have happened by many different ways, human, transportation equipment or mechanical equipment. If items are missing contact the company you purchased the items from and report to them what is missing or damaged. The shipper should have their packages insured against loss or damage. If items are missing contact Ayden Po on Monday to see if any loose items may be there waiting for someone to claim them.
